What 'The Ascended Masters of The Great White Brotherhood,' say about One World Government!

These words, written down by Mark Prophet messenger for 'The Great White Brotherhood of Light,' more than forty years ago, regarding world solutions to environmental and other problems. They can be studied as Heaven's response to the Pope's remarks to the Congress,the White House and the United Nations.

" In attempting to solve our environmental problems, well-meaning individuals have proposed a number of solutions. One that has been widely discussed is the establishment of some form of world government wherein centralized control over the world's ecosystems would be administered by a group of environmental specialists. To eliminate imbalances in the biosphere and discrepancies in the economies of the nations, the proponents of this plan advocate the redistribution of natural and human resources on a global scale, thereby giving to every man and every country their "fair share" of the earth and its atmosphere--a patch of land 'neath a patch of sky.
While we acknowledge the sincerity of the majority of those who are working to improve man's lot, we must point out that within this plan there are certain marked inconsistencies with cosmic law. To begin with, a one-world government is not recommended by the Hierarchy. Until the Christ rules in the heart of the individual, the individual is not fit to rule the world. It must be understood that nation-states were instituted by the Ascended Masters to serve as the final point of transition between the imperfect society that evolved after man's expulsion from Eden and the perfect society that will be outpictured in the golden age--a society based on a one-world government headed by the Prince of Peace and those who have attained self-mastery through the Christ Consciousness. The abuses that have occurred within and among the nation-states are not the intent of God, but rather a reflection of man's ignorance of and indifference to that intent; and this is to be expected, given his present imperfect evolution.
The Brotherhood cautions against the premature uniting of peoples, even for the purpose of solving the problems of the planetary ecosystem. For because of their group karma and their divine destiny to manifest an aspect of the Christ consciousness as a nation, the peoples of the world require boundaries of identity that enable them to fulfill their reason for being. The nation-state system is not inherently evil, nor are its citizens inherently selfish. For by evolving their own individuality and respecting the right of others to do the same, they enhance the evolution of all other states and the entire planetary body.
The uniting of the peoples of the world will come about naturally as individuals and nations strive toward and achieve perfection and unity through the Christ. Meanwhile, the Masters urge every family, every community, state, and nation to begin earnestly to seek solutions to their environmental problems. When this project is carried out selflessly with the general welfare as the only motivation and people are willing to make sacrifices for one another, then and only then will true progress be made.
The belief that the dangers inherent in a worldwide system of ecological control would be eliminated by the rule of an intellectual elite is also subject to serious question by the student of the Masters. While the Hierarchy acknowledges that only the most highly qualified and the best educated among mankind should have the final word on environmental controls, their judgment and man's judgment of who is most qualified and who is best educated do not necessarily coincide.
While rule by an intellectual elite is acceptable in theory, we would point out that in practice such a system can be both unwieldy and dangerous. The unwieldiness of the plan lies in the enforcement of the decisions reached by the world governing body. Nothing short of an international police state with the power to override the sovereignty of the nations could effectively put such a plan into action. The danger in the plan lies in man's assumption that by his intellect alone he can arrive at the judgments of God.
While it is often true that the trained mind can best attune with the Christ Mind, it is also true that the best minds can be trained according to the worst concepts. Such minds will reject the promptings of the Christ because they have been preconditioned by the warped perspective of the carnal mind. Some of the world's greatest thinkers, through no fault of their own, have been deprived of even a basic understanding of the laws of karma and reembodiment and the place of our planet in the cosmic scheme. Yet they are developing ways to alter man's entire life pattern to conform to the man-animal they have been educated to believe in. When man's best is not good enough to become a universal standard, then it is best that his sphere of influence be less than universal. The removal of the nation-state removes the last means of limiting the proliferation of error until man himself is able to transcend the limitations of his false indoctrination.
We must conclude that until the "specialists" who are slated to take charge of the proposed one-world ecosystem acknowledge the Christ-potential of every member of the biosphere and self-mastery becomes the primary goal of education, until the purpose of government is seen to be the protection of the Christ in every man, a worldwide system of control is in danger of being used by the wrong people for the wrong ends. Only when the specialists themselves are working consciously toward oneness with the Christ Self can they be trusted to preserve the freedoms that are essential to every man's realization of the Christ; only then can they be trusted to carve out the destiny of an entire planetary evolution.
In examining the belief that man's ecological problems can be solved by a more equitable distribution of human and natural resources, the Ascended Masters would point out that it is precisely because the energy quotients of individuals are not equal that the theory of the equal distribution of man's resources is untenable. Individual effort to develop the divine spark and to expand the qualities of the Godhead is the determining factor of man's individual status as a son or daughter of God. And as the Parable of the Talents (Matt. 25:14-30) illustrates, the use man makes of his talents in one embodiment determines how many he will merit in the next. Individuals and nations whose efforts to work the works of God have been greater than that of others who have had the same opportunity have earned the right to draw a greater allotment of wealth, energy, and talent from the universal Source.
Just as no man can take from another his treasures in heaven, neither can an individual or a political unit demand from another wealth and goods which it has not earned through honest labor. The very fact that a person or a group of persons is born in a certain time and in a certain place to a particular race and family in a particular nation and continent is an indication (1) of his karma, good and bad--of what he has and has not earned the right to enjoy--and (2) of his dharma--that service which it has become his duty, according to the will of God and his divine blueprint, to fulfill.
The plan for a one-world ecosystem will not work because it does not take into consideration the delicate balance of the spiritual ecosystem--the interaction of the causal bodies of the ten billion souls assigned to the planetary schoolroom. Individuals, groups, neighborhoods, communities, cities, states, and nations comprise ecosystems within ecosystems with interdependencies and interlocking energies. To take them apart and put them back together again like a game of blocks--to shuffle people and things like a deck of cards and deal a new world--is a violation of cosmic law so serious as to spell the ultimate end of the biosphere. Total control of a planet and its people equals total destruction of individual fulfillment of the Christ-potential through individual initiative. If you destroy a man's incentive to create, you destroy the man, making him an animal. And if at the same time you destroy the identity of a nation by depriving it of its destiny, you are left not with a golden age, but with an animal farm.
Some argue for a world organization on the grounds that man has a recognized need to expand his sphere of identity, that is, to transcend his identification with his self, his family, his clan, and his nation to include all of his world. They say that man's desire to express his individuality and to retain his freedom to act as he chooses is the underlying cause of all the problems of ecology. They conclude that man must give up his self-centered habits for the good of the whole human family of which he is but a single member.
We are well aware of the fact that man must learn to identify with man if Life is to continue on this planet. He must be his brother's keeper; and through identification with that which is real in self and society he must surrender his selfish desires if he is to continue to progress both spiritually and materially. But this man cannot do as long as he retains his carnality--his self-image as a man-animal through which he has functioned since his fall from the grace of the Christ Image. Therefore, if he would rid himself of his selfishness, he must rise from the plane of identification with animal life to claim his inheritance as a sinless, selfless son of God. Only then will he be able to expand his sphere of identity and through the power of divine love include the entire world in his Self-conscious awareness.
One of the great fallacies of our time is the projecting of mankind's current imperfections on the white page of the future. If instead, through invocation to the sacred fire, mankind would transmute in the present the evil, or the energy veil, which Jesus said was sufficient unto the day, they would be given the resources to meet the challenges of the future. And their future's problems would not be compounded by their failure to solve the problems of the present."

Is Higher Consciousness: A Modern Neccessity?

    Very few institutions of this earth are coming from the perspective of a higher consciousness.
What exactly do we mean, when we use the term 'higher consciousness?'  By higher consciousness we mean using our thoughts and feelings from a purer perspective than is represented in the mainstream media and the mass consciousness that is seen via our TV stations news media, movies and the written and spoken word of today and religious and cultural programming. A consciousness that is purer than the average consciousness of the masses, who have access to modern technology and communications systems.
In fact I am presuming that many who do not have access to these technologies and who live closer to nature are already connecting to higher forms of intuitive consciousness, as the communication technologies of today often have subliminals hidden within them and feed their programs straight into the subconscious mind. Also because the news and media is mainly watched and not just heard, it has a left brain programming affect, instead of a right brain creative intuitive affect that allows us to tap into higher knowledge sources of the universe.

   Higher consciousness can also mean a spiritual consciousness, but is not inclusive of this, as one does not have to have a religious or spiritual belief system to be functioning at a level of higher consciousness, but one does need to have a consciousness of purity and intent to harm none and a certain level of trust in the universal overall good that flows through our minds and lives. This is the energy from the universe and the central and solar sun that is uncorrupted until it flows through our own consciousness. Some would call this connecting to the 'Mind of God' or the intelligence that keeps our galaxies and universe and cosmic systems in harmony.

Having grown up in an era before the mass communications technologies and as a child in the 1950s, even before television here in Australia, I canot help but notice how cultural standards and morals in the west have deteriorated.

With regards to the older generations who lived during the first and second world wars, they mainly had access to the media, via radio and newspapers. They were also not as highly educated as today's modern generations, which gives our modern generations the ability to question and debate and research news that we are being given. However, even though a higher educational standard is more widespread in the west,  very of my peers or the younger generation, stop to asks deeper questions on what they are being told via the mainstream media and whether it is truthful. Of course today with the availability of the internet and TV,  we are saturated with news 24 hours a day and most of it is negative. This has the affect of lowering our consciousness as everything is stored in the subconscious mind and if we are to have access to the higher consciousness of spirit and the universe these negative records all has to be purified. The pure  light of higher consciousness cannot flow where there is negativity, as  it is like mud in our minds.
The Ascended Master St. Germain, has often said, "Where your attention is that is where you are," as we act on our thoughts and feelings.

There has also been a lowering of moral standards and acceptance of what is accepted as being okay morally in actions and what is to be shown via the mainstream media and in the news and modern films and also expressed in the spoken word. Consequently,  more profanity is used. So over the years there has been a lowering of standards of our cultural morals and what is acceptable. Because of this, the general level of the consciousness of the masses has also been lowered.

One may ask where is all this lowering of standards leading. It seems we are heading on a general slippery slope to lower levels of evolution because of this, which allows the masses to be controlled by power elites who do not have the best interests of the masses in their minds.
Today there is a struggle for control of the human mind being fought through the mass media technologies and if your mind is controlled, you lose control of freedom and democracy and all that entails.You also become more stressful as the news is so negative and your mental and physical health deteriorates.

So today I feel it is very important for people to take a stand as to what they allow to influence their own consciousness and minds, especially via TV channels who do nothing to lift or enlighten the consciousness and minds of those who are watching it. Also the continual advertisements and feeding of negative news streams even if you watch a movie on the TV is very annoying, so mostly I simply turn it off. I even know people who do not have televisions in their houses anymore.

It is time for more discussion on these topics of higher consciousness and purity and of what we allow to be fed into our minds via the mass communications technologies, because our freedom and our spiritual, creative and material evolution depends on it. Without explaining the higher metaphysics of this topic, I will just say the overall mass consciousnesses even affects the physical stability of the earth, just as does your own level of light or lack of light affects the earth.
 Being a sentient being the earth adjusts her own electro-magnetic fields to correct not only environmental pollution but also mental pollution that floats around in the atmosphere over the large cities of the world and in the atmosphere. When everything becomes too polluted she erupts through volcanoes, earthquakes and in past ages planetary cataclysms. The last time that occurred was around 11,000 to 12,000 years ago and is recorded in indigenous and scriptural legends and history and some geological and archaeological accounts as the great flood of Noah or when Atlantis sank below the waves.

Where is the World Heading?

Today in America they are celebrating the July 4th Independence Day Victory, when in 1776 the revolutionary war won the colonies freedom from the British Government. However, today that battle is still ongoing, as we see more and more freedoms being erased from not only the American people's lives, but also from other countries such as Australia who fought with America in both the first and second world wars, the Korean War from 1950-1953 and the Vietnam war -  1962-75 and the later wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our parents and grand parents believed that we were defending freedom.

I believe that freedom is a "Divine Right" and a "Divine Necessity." Without freedom, evolution stagnates and creativity and growth also stagnates and we  become robots to the will of others, who do not always have the individual or the general public's best interests at heart.

Today we see more and more of our freedoms being legislated away from us, which one could only call unconstitutional as written in the original documents of our fore fathers in both America and Australia. Australia however, does not have a "Bill of Rights."  Both countries have been sold out to the big hegemonic corporations in the interests of big business, the banking moguls, the media moguls, the pharmaceutical moguls, the fossil fuel moguls and the United Nations push for world government.  This ongoing assault on our freedoms, would not have been possible without the formation of the United Nations and its various departments and organizations, towards the end of W.W.2.

So where are we headed now? World conditions have not become more peaceful and more free, but worse and the battle today, does not seem to be so much about left wing communism, but more about right wing fascism, the other end of the scale leading to the same end, which is loss of individual and planetary freedoms. Unfortunately, once our individual country's ratify agreements with the U.N., our domestic laws are then changed to align with U.N. International laws and this is how the 'one world governmental system' is being created. It has also allowed corporations to grow in power and wealth and to erode not only our national and individual freedoms, but also to decimate the planetary environment and to affect every area of our lives.

We also have the, 'war on terror,' that the media keeps us entertained with, which has allowed our governments to legislate away more of our democratic freedoms. Here in Australia we have been disarmed and the laws giving ASIO wider powers are so draconian, one has to wonder if the majority of politicians are just plain gutless, clones of evil or just stupid?

Getting back to the title, "Where is the World Headed," one has to be aware that we are nearing the end of 25,600 year zodiacal cycle, known in the Hindu religion as the Kali Yuga or the darkest age and also the ending of the 2,000 year Piscean cycle. Our misuse of light's energy is returning to us for cleansing, prior to the heightened energetic shift to the Aquarian Age

Currently, there is  the amplification of cosmic energies of light bombarding the planet via the sun via comets, asteroids etc., streaming down upon the earth, stirring up the darkness, on both an individual and planetary level. On a sub-atomic level, higher frequencies of light are pushing lower frequencies to the fore and this, together with environmental abuse of the planet, is causing the planet to heave about under the stress and strain of it all.
 In the last couple of weeks, we have seen an increase on the planet of earthquakes, volcanoes, flooding, heatwaves and freezing temperatures. What you are experiencing depends in which hemisphere you are living. These events are only going to increase and the planetary chaos with it, as the planet is cleansed and also as the dark forces try and maintain control of the planet and its resources. However, the divine plan or cosmic cycle, is pushing the planet and people to a higher state of evolutionary experience and a higher frequency of the experience of light. The forces of control and hegemony and greed cannot survive in higher frequencies of light and therefore cannot sustain their power. They are also not omnipresent beings, (being able to be in many places at the same time) like the the Angels and the Ascended Beings. Of course it is hard for humans to understand that, but I understand that energetically we are all energetically connected and Angels and Ascended Beings have the entire realization of that connection in their consciousness and they able to work with it. Third dimensional humans, including the dark forces and dark E.Ts, do not have that omnipresent talent.

So hopefully people reading this article, have the awakened awareness as to what is occurring and why? Because we are aware, we need to move beyond fear as things shift and change around us. It is also very important, during this time of the ending of cosmic cycles, to have faith of a higher divine purpose. The "Wheels of God/ the Universe turn slowly but surely." Remembering also, that Angelic hosts and the forces of light are more powerful. Trust your intuition as to where you are guided to live, stay calm and peaceful and do not forget to have some form of spiritual protection around yourself and some extra food stocks, water and medical stocks stored in case of emergencies. We can expect the chaos to increase before it gets better, probably for several years, possibly to about 2025. Hopefully world war will be kept in abeyance. However this all depends on the harmony and consciousness of people on the planet and the holding and amplification of the light on the planet and the environment. Purity and Peace and the 'freedom to choose,' are the keys to evolution.

Personally I can see some very big earth changes occurring, which is going to wake people and governments up very quickly, as the earth cannot take much more abuse, as enslavement of a planet and the abuse of the environment is against universal law or the laws of the cosmos.  Some call this universal law....God's Will!

The Ascended Masters and indigenous people tell us that the earth is a living sentient being, with a soul/spirit and consciousness. Aso the energetic frequency of the planet needs to be at a certain frequency of light to move to higher levels/dimensions of light and evolutionary experience. We also need to be at that level of purity and light to move with it.
However, before that occurs and according to the level of chaos and pollution of the planet and its people, determines the degree of cleansing and how severe it will be. We are at the end of a universal astronomical and astrological cycle and change is certain and will not be avoided.!

I AM A GOD FREE BEING

The following verse may be used daily as an affirmation or prayer of intent:

I AM A GOD FREE BEING created from the energies of Love.
I AM sustained by the creative energies of Love.
I AM LOVE  and ONLY LOVE IS REAL!

I AM aware that each of my sisters and brothers on earth, reflect a variety of the colours and fragrances that comprise the rainbow of GOD I AM.

I  AM aware that the individual mirrors of each person on planet earth, are reflected on to the world stage, 'as within, so without' and in their totality, represent all of humanities energies of fear that are not embracing the energies of the LOVE  of GOD I AM.

The Earth Prayer for Peace

The most crucial factors facing our planet and humanity at the moment, are another major world conflict, economic collapse and massive earth changes, because of mankind's abuse of the earth and because we are at the end of several major cosmic cycles. We can stop war and lessen the affect of these Earth changes through prayer and being peaceful worldwide. This blog gives a prayer for  "Peace on Earth," but Peace with Freedom. The Earth Prayer for Peace

The Earth Prayer for Peace is given as a gift of love for all people on earth and from every spiritual belief system, to use according to their own free will, with the hope that it will help to create a world of peace with freedom between all people on earth, in a common bond of communication, understanding, sharing, community and abundance.

Invocation -“Beloved Heavenly Father-Mother God, Beloved seven mighty Archangels and Angels of Peace and Freedom, Beloved Jesus Christ and the Cosmic forces of Christ Consciousness and the Divine Mother, Ascended beings of Light, Love and Truth, we call for your assistance at this time on Earth.We call as one united voice saying; we will not allow our earth and her people to be taken on a downward spiral of terrorism, war, chaos and disintegration.The “Call and Prayer Compels the Answer” and we offer the following prayer so that the earth and her people may now enter a golden age in a harmonious manner, living lives of peace with freedom and understanding, community, sharing and abundance.” (lx)

3% in HIgher Awareness for a Smooth Planetary Shift.

  

     The question needs to be asked, "how can we help the planet and humanity change the status quo as it  is currently being expressed via political and other vested interest groups?" "How can we help the planet and all beings have  a smooth transition into a higher states of evolution, when there are so many expressions of consciousness, actions and belief being expressed by humanity?"
    After being a spiritual, environmental and political/freedom activist since the 1976 and seeing most of it not coming to a positive ending...usually one step forward and two back, has led me to undergo some deeper reflection.  39 years ago I started environmental activism, with "Friends of the Earth"  in the 'Saving the Whales' campaign and yet today we are still trying to save the whales and other marine life from exploitation. My understanding now is that the success levels or not are linked back to the total percentage of people on the planet who are actively working at creating positive change  on a physical, mental, spiritual and consciousness level to achieve success. Many people pray and do not do anything physical and others work physically and do not work consciously or spiritually. Most do not do any of this, as they are just trying to survive or just plain not aware or it is too negative for them and they switch off.

I myself believe,  that if a larger proportion of the people on the planet, mainly the west, simplified their lifestyles and were expressing from the pure crystal clear consciousness and level of purity that the Christ consciousness represents, everything would move into a golden age in the "twinkling of an eye." Then again I always did like magic and even as a kid wanted to wave a magic wand and fix everything. Looking back my favorite comic's when a kid were, Wendy the Witch, Caspar the Ghost and The Phantom..the ghost who walks," Walking through walls and the Jesus-Yeshua miracles were all possibilities for me....of course we can do that and fairies, angels, gnomes and elves were all part of my world, but so was fear, as my older brother would scare me with boogie man stories until I realized that was just stupid. I also learned a lot about the earth from my aboriginal friends as I lived in remote country town and had books on their mythology which was so mystical...the rainbow serpent and the dream-time and spirits in caves and billabongs and song lines and lots of star stories. What  a magical world I lived in and  that magical world is still with us today. If only we would believe!

However, after saying that, there is extensive problem on this planet and that is the mainstream media, the internet and even some new age awareness, natural health and even some spiritual sites, all reporting on all the negative things that are occurring on our planet. and although we need to be aware to a certain extent to what is occurring, this sends a vibration of fear and hopelessness or helplessness through a certain percentage of the planetary population. Of course a lot of this is done to create certain affects, as if people are in fear you can legislate their freedom from them and control them.Thus keeping the planet and humanity on certain timeline destinies within space and time.  So how can we change the state of our experience into a higher state of consciousness and help the planet (who is also evolving),  so the plans of certain vested interest groups and E.Ts  is not in our personal experience?

    At this point I would like to say in that in the overall scheme of things, no human, E.T. or other entity can stop the planetary up-shift and the cycles of God as we can call them or the cosmic universal cycles. However their and humans actions and consciousness does influence whether it will be a smooth or destructive transition. 

When this particular cycle ends, the planet and its occupants can move gently into the light or we can move through via planetary cataclysm, as the physical planet can no longer stand the abuse and too many souls can be lost and have to wait for another round to have the opportunity again. I understand this could be as long as ten to twelve thousand years. This has occurred several times before, the last being  the floods of Noah and the sinking of Atlantis. Indigenous mythology talks about there being four worlds prior to this and we are now moving into the time of the fifth world. Over the past twenty years I have been shown psychically massive earth changes and Tsunamis and a possible pole shift. Most of this has been for Australia, This is just  possible outcome if we continue along a certain course. This does not need to occur.

    Currently our solar system is being bombarded with higher frequencies of light from passing comets and streams of energy being activated via the central and galactic suns of this universe and the solar system crossing the galactic plane.  We know by Biblical, Mayan, Hindu and Indigenous prophecy we are at the end of several major astrological and cosmic cycles, described as the end of the Kali Yuga in Hindu cosmology... the inbreath of Brahman....the universal breath.We are moving through a planetary up-shift and we can see this in the melting of the icecaps and the increase in temperature. Spirit is fire and matter is transmuted by spiritual fire into a higher vibratory frequency. This higher spiritual fire will transmute all the dross, however we all need to be at a certain level of purified consciousness free of fear and have the spiritual fire and light quotient in our four lower bodies to align with it and to move smoothly into that frequency of light.  The planet also needs a certain level of frequency of light to move gently into it's higher expression, otherwise planetary cataclysms occur on the physical level, as the old energies are thrown off. At the end of the cycle it can happen in the "twinkling of an eye," as recorded in scripture in the Book of Revelation. 

     Recently I heard  Dannion Brinkley being interviewed by an Australian lady - Lisa Harrison. Somewhere within the discussion, they talk about the problems on the planet and how we can help create a smooth transition for the planet and people. Dannion has had a couple NDE's - near death experiences and in that expanded state was given by higher beings, over one hundred possible predictions for the planet.  He has been told that we only need 3% of the planet's population to be at a higher level of consciousness and expression and action, to change our planetary experience into a positive evolutionary-shift- experience.  

So this is why it is so important, that once you are aware of what is occurring to move from fear to love and to concentrate on sending forth love and positive energy everyday and slowly and surely you will be part of that 3%.  Also doing whatever spiritual activity you enjoy such as prays, mantras, decrees, Agni Hotri, meditation, positive activities, beautiful art and music, being joyful and grateful, helping to heal others all helps.
